Privacy policy

Gold Signals Daily is operated by Section Nine ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website, our Telegram channels @GoldSignalsDaily and the private VIP channel, and our membership bot @GoldSignalsMemberBot. You join through Telegram, so we collect very little: no email, phone number or broker login.

We do not collect your email address, phone number, precise location or broker details, and we never see your full card number: card payments are handled by Stripe.
What the website collects
The website uses privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages and links are used (pages viewed, referring site, device type and approximate country). Links to the bot carry a short code naming the page you came from, so we know which pages bring members. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.
Legal bases
We process membership, payment and support data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you paid for, and answering you), and website analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the service, with data kept to a minimum.
How long we keep it
Payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations (typically six years). Membership and support records are deleted 24 months after your last activity, or sooner if you ask. Analytics events are kept for up to 12 months.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers named above, which act on our instructions, plus Vercel and DigitalOcean (hosting) and Neon (database). Telegram processes your data under its own privacy policy. Some providers are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the UK/EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, and you can object to processing. Message @GoldSignalsMemberBot or email media@goldsignalsdaily.com with your Telegram username so we can find your records. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Gold Signals Daily is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the VIP channel.
