These terms apply to Gold Signals Daily: this website, the Telegram channels @GoldSignalsDaily and Gold Signals Daily [VIP], and the membership bot @GoldSignalsMemberBot, operated by Section Nine. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
Availability
Gold Signals Daily is not directed at, and is not offered to, residents of the United Kingdom. By using the channels, bot or site you confirm that you are not resident in the UK. If you become resident in the UK, you must stop using the service and cancel any subscription. You are also responsible for checking that using the service is lawful where you live.
1. What we provide
Gold Signals Daily provides trade ideas ("signals") on gold (XAUUSD) and related markets, market data, news headlines, calculators and educational content. We do not execute trades, hold client money or provide personalised investment advice. Nothing in our channels or on the site is a recommendation that a particular trade is suitable for you.
2. Risk
Trading leveraged products such as gold CFDs and forex carries a high risk of loss, including losses greater than your deposit. You alone decide whether to act on a signal, and you are responsible for your trades and their results. Past performance, including the results we publish, does not guarantee future results. Please read the risk disclosure.
3. VIP subscriptions
- VIP is sold through @GoldSignalsMemberBot. Weekly, monthly and 3-month card plans renew automatically until cancelled; crypto payments buy a fixed period; lifetime is a one-off payment. Prices are shown in the bot before you pay.
- Cancel a card plan any time in the bot (⚙️ Account, then 💳 Card, invoices & cancel). VIP continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- When a plan ends, the bot removes you from the VIP channel. Renewing restores access.
- Lifetime means for as long as we run the VIP service.
- Your statutory rights are not affected. Refund requests go to the bot or media@goldsignalsdaily.com.
- We may change prices for future periods and will tell you in the bot before a higher price applies to your plan.
4. Acceptable use
VIP signals are for your personal use. Your invite link is for your Telegram account only. You may not share it, or copy, resell, republish or redistribute signals or other paid content, including to other Telegram channels, social media or apps. We may end access without refund for breaches.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work hard to deliver signals promptly and data accurately, but posts and notifications can be delayed by Telegram, networks, devices or third parties, and prices shown are indicative and may lag the market. The service is provided "as is", and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our channels, bot or site. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for VIP in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The site, channel content and brand belong to Section Nine or its licensors. News headlines link to and belong to their publishers.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
